About
What I am like to work with

I'm a program manager who believes that sustainable execution starts with people.
Earlier in my career, I saw how easily valuable talent and perspective get overlooked, and I realized early on that good intentions don't change outcomes; capability and clarity do. That led me to invest deeply in mentoring others and sharpening my own technical and strategic skillset. Over time, I discovered that developing people wasn't just a byproduct of my work; it was the entire point.
As a program manager, I bridge the gap between people and operational reality. I dive into unwritten processes, ask the uncomfortable questions, and work to understand challenges from every stakeholder's seat. But empathy alone isn't enough; it has to be paired with hard, actionable data. Understand the human dynamics first, then back them with metrics teams can actually execute against.
Everything I do is guided by two core principles:
- ●Do no harm.
- ●Find the win that serves the collective. There is almost always a path forward that benefits the broader team; the real work is doing the discovery to find it.
I discuss my full philosophy and approach here.
Beyond the desk
When I'm not running programs, I stay creative and competitive:
- ●Music & writing. I'm a singer-songwriter and creative writer, always chipping away at new music and personal projects.
- ●Athletics. A former competitive athlete, I still bring that disciplined, team-first energy into everyday life.
- ●Entrepreneurship. I'm continually exploring new ideas and building early-stage concepts.
